Baby Stepz Product come with 60 days money back guarantee from the date of delivery. All Baby Stepz products come with twelve months warranty that comply with Australian Consumer Law.

All Baby Stepz Products are covered against faults in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions. If you Find a fault in your Baby Stepz product, and we inspect the product and deem it to be faulty, we will replace or repair it (at our discretion) free of charge within the warranty period.

To issue the warranty claim, you will be required to:

  • Return the product back to us
  • Present your receipt as proof of purchase
  • Identify the defect in the product
 
Please note, all customers are liable for any trnsportation cost if the product is not found to be faulty. We will always try and meet the reasonable expenses incurred by the consumer in making a warranty claim.
 
Damaged or faulty product
If your Baby Stepz product is damaged during transit, we will gladly replace the product within two days of receiving the product.
To receive a replacement product, damaged product must be sent back to Baby Stepz to assess the damage. If the damage is deemed to have occurred in transit, the item will be replaced free of charge.
